- Diced meat
- Vegeta Onion
- Tiger Garlic Powder
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Scent leaf
- Milk
- Sugar
- Flour
- Larsor Chicken Seasoning
- Larsor Tomato Seasoning
- Salt
- Tiger Chilli Pepper Powder
- Tiger Tomato Stew Paste
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 pack Spaghetti
Steps
- Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a bowl, mix your minced meat with the Vegeta Onion, Tiger Garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, scent leaf, flour, sugar, milk, salt, Tiger Chilli Pepper, Larsor Tomato and Larsor Chicken Seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form into small balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball).
- Lightly fry in oil till browned (you can also bake or air-fry).
- Make the Sauce:
- Heat some vegetable oil in a pot, sauté with Vegeta Onion and Tiger Garlic till fragrant.
- Add your Tiger Tomato StewMix paste.
- Season with Tiger Chilli pepper, salt, Larsor Chicken Seasoning, and add water to cook for a bit.
- Add the fried meatballs to the sauce and let it simmer together for 10–15 minutes. This helps the meatballs soak up the flavour.
- Cook the Spaghetti:
- Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and the spaghetti.
- Cook until tender, then drain and sit on low heat for 1 minute.
You can serve the meatballs and sauce over the spaghetti or stir everything together in a pot, your choice. Garnish with chopped parsley or grated cheese (optional).
