These factors include too much salt intake, obesity, family history and more. Celery 
Celery contains a phytochemical called phthalides. It relaxes the tissues of the artery walls, increase blood flow and reduce blood pressure. Asides from regulating your blood pressure, eating celery stalk gives you fibre, magnesium and potassium. If you can, add vinegar to celery juice. Cinnamon 
Cinnamon is a highly delicious and aromatic spice that is from the bark of a tree. In those days, it is a rare and valuable gift for royalty. Also, they used it to treat heart conditions, including high blood pressure. It appears to relax and dilate the blood vessels.

Ginger
Ginger is a versatile spice that keeps you healthy and makes your meal spicy. This spice acts as a natural calcium channel blocker that helps to relax blood vessels. You can incorporate ginger in your daily meal and beverages. Ginger has medicinal properties that help in preventing blood clots in the blood vessels of the heart. The antioxidants present in ginger helps to reduce the formation of plaque in the arteries caused by high cholesterol. Garlic

Thyme is a tasty herb with therapeutic properties that has many health benefits. Thyme tea can help to lower blood pressure, clear up respiratory infections, soothe a hacking cough, and lower anxiety. Your skin can also benefit from using thyme essential oil to clear infections and treat the symptoms of acne.
