3 cups of Rice
4 Large Chicken Wings
½ cup of Green Beans
Carrots
3 Cooking Spoon of Vegetable Oil/Margarine
Calamari
3 Bell Pepper
Tiger Chili Pepper
Vegeta Onion
Carrot
Tiger Thyme
Tiger Turmeric
Larsor Chicken Seasoning
Directions
Get your ingredients ready.
In a big pot, add your parboiled rice, chicken stock, Tiger thyme, Tiger curry, Tiger turmeric, Larsor Chicken Seasoning, Tiger Chili Pepper powder, and on medium heat till done.
While that’s cooking, get a large wok or frying pan, place on medium heat. Add butter, when it’s melted, add Vegeta Onion, sauté for few minutes, and set aside.
Now add Larsor Chicken Seasoning, diced Carrots, Green Beans and Bell peppers, fry for 3 minutes, add the Calamari continue to fry for another 2 minutes.
When it’s all fried, divide the fried veggies into 2 or 3 portions; depending on the size of your wok/frying pan. Leave a portion in the frying pan. Set the other remaining portions aside. We will be frying the rice with the veggies in batches.
Now add half or a third of the rice (depending again on the size of your pan) into the portion of vegetables still in the pan. Combine thoroughly and begin to fry. Fry till it dries up a little bit. When it’s fried to your satisfaction, transfer the contents into a bowl.
Add another portion of vegetables and rice into the pan and fry. Repeat the process until all the rice and veggies are fried.
When it’s all done, combine all portions, taste for salt/seasoning, adjust if necessary, then fry again for another minute or two. And your Nigerian fried rice is ready. Serve alongside grilled chicken. Recipe coming your way soon!
