Ingredients for making Creamy Pasta:
500g Penne Pasta
2 tbsp Groundnut Oil
3 tbsp Vegeta Onion (soaked in water)
Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Chopped)
5g Tiger Garlic Powder
300g Minced Lamb Meat
10g Larsor Chicken Seasoning
1 cup Mushroom (Optional)
2 cups All-purpose Cooking Cream
Pasta Cheese (optional)
3 tsp Pepper Mixture (Green, Yellow and Red Bell Pepper mixture)

Preparation:
Step 1: Begin by boiling your water in a very low heat. Add your penne pasta to boiling water seasoned with salt and a little of groundnut oil (prevent stickiness). Cover the pot and let it cook until it's halfway done.
Step 2: Once the pasta is partially cooked, drain off the water using a sieve. Set the pasta aside as you prepare the creamy sauce.
Step 3: In a wok non-stick frying pan, heat a small amount of oil. Add your soaked Vegeta Onions and let them sauté until the flavour infuse into the oil. Next, add the mushroom and minced lamb meat. Add the Scotch bonnet pepper, Tiger Garlic Powder, Larsor Chicken Seasoning and mix well to combine all the flavours.
Step 4: Now, it's time to introduce the all-purpose cooking cream to the non-stick frying pan. Stir to mix everything together. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 5: After simmering, add the optional pasta cheese to the creamy sauce. Once the cheese is incorporated, gently introduce the cooked penne pasta.
Step 6: To add a burst of colour and freshness, toss in the red, yellow, and green bell peppers. Give everything a good stir, taste to adjust seasoning if needed, and ensure all ingredients are well combined.
