5 large Snails (cleaned with lemon and sliced into halves)
2 tablespoons of Vegeta Onion
Tiger Tomato Stew Mix
½ cup of Oil
5g of Tiger Curry Powder

1 Scotch bonnet peppers
1 Small bell pepper
Larsor Beef Seasoning 10g
Salt to taste
1 Bay leaf

Start by placing the cleaned snails in a pot. Add salt, Larsor Beef Seasoning, Tiger Curry Powder, Vegeta Onion, bonnet pepper, Bay Leaf and water on low heat for 30 minutes. Ensure the stock is almost dried out

Next, pour Tiger Tomato Stew Mix in a bowl, add water and stir to form a paste. Heat some oil in a pan, then add the blended mixture and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
