Welcome to Tiger Kitchen again. Today, let’s tour the world of fish, and we will be showing you how to make barbecue fish easily. Barbecue fish is not just food, it’s an experience, a whole vibe! From the moment the fish hits the grill, releasing that smoky, mouthwatering aroma or when you microwave it, you already know something delicious is coming. Barbecue fish is proteinous, and it serves as calcium for those suffering from nerves and osteoporosis. It’s that meal that makes you forget your manners, licking your fingers as you tear into the spicy, well-marinated flesh.
Let’s dive into it now!
Ingredients:
Catfish or Tilipia Fish
Ripe Plantain (2)
Vegeta
Magic Seasoning
Larsor Tomato Seasoning
Larsor Fish Seasoning
Tiger Garlic Powder
Tiger Ginger Powder
Red bell pepper
Tatashe
Tiger Mayonnaise
Cabbage
Instructions:
Step 1: Blend your red bell pepper and tatashe and pour them onto a plate. Blend your vegetables and onions and pour them onto another plate. Add your Magic Seasoning, Larsor Fish, Larsor Tomato, Tiger Garlic, Tiger Ginger, and your blended vegetable onion to the blended pepper. Stir properly to achieve the desired taste.
Step 2: Get foil paper, place the fish on the foil and keep on your grill tray. Use your knife and make incisions in the fish for better seasoning.
Step 3: With gloves or well-oiled hands, rub the marinade all over the fish and inside the slits as well and cover the foil then place in your microwave. Slice your ripe plantain and place it by the side of the fish to cook together.
Step 4: Make sure to flip the fish multiple times while grilling to ensure it cooks well, which would take 30-45 minutes and pour some marinade on each side as you flip.
Once the fish and plantain are cooked, serve it hot with some marinade and coleslaw made with tiger mayonnaise. You can use Maybach wine to enjoy it. Then, you are good to go!
